I think we all know that feeling. Wanting to workout, because you want to look bikini proof, but lacking motivation to actually go to the gym. The couch is big, comfy and snug, so why leave it.

Before you know, you will turn into a couch potato. Is this what you want?! I don’t think so. So to prevent this from happening, 5 tips to get motivated to workout:

1. Set you goal

2. Put on your workout clothes

3. Surround yourself with motivation

4. Go to the gym

5. Just Do it!
