Got to love crossfit

 

Every Saturday morning I go to crossfit, together with my boyfriend. I like to add a crossfit training to my sports schedule because these work outs incorporate elements from high-intensity interval training, olympic weightlifting and other exercises. Crossfit pushes my limits every single time! That's why I love to do it!

 

Crossfit trainingschedule: 

Warming Up 

5 minutes jumping ropes 

5 minutes row

 

Work Out of the Day (WOD) 

5 x 10 sets deadlift 30kg 

5 x  5 box jumps (61cm) 

6 x 400m run (2 minutes rest after every run) 

 

I am not such a runner. When I have the possibility to choose what kind of training I want to do, I would never go for a run. I am simply not good at it. This is the exact reason why crossfit is good for me. It challenges me to go out of my comfort zone!
