My 80/20 rule

Every now and then I also like to cheat with a bag of crisps, french fries or a good kebab. 

 

I personally think it's not healthy to eat 100% healthy. Your body needs an occasional cheat...and my mind too ;) 

That's why I always keep up to my 80 / 20 rule. 80% of what I eat is healthy and 20% of what I eat is unhealthy. This is a rule I can really live by.

 

Taking crisps and chocolate out of my diet, will get me grumpy. And I promise, you don't want to see me grumpy! 

 

My advice to all fitties out there is to not get misleaded by people like me, who only post pictures of healthy food. We all cheat sometimes, and let's just enjoy our cheats and not feel bad about it!
