Bake your own cruesli

 ‘’ooh I eat healthy! Every morning I eat cruesli with yoghurt’’.

NOT true if you eat cruesli from the supermarket!

 

The producers of the cruesli mislead us with marketing texts like: ‘’no fat’’. This causes that the majority of consumers think the product is healthy. Again: not true!

What the producer doesn’t tell u with the marketing text, is that the cruesli is full of sugar as a replacement. And we all know sugar is being transformed to fat in your body.

That’s why I want to give you a recipe to bake your own cruesli. It is always more healthy to bake your own cruesli because there are no E-numbers (preservatives) added.  

Ingredients:

  • 125 gr oat flakes

  • 80 gr buckwheat flakes

  • 25 gr almonds

  • 25 gr walnuts

  • 2 table spoons agave syrup

  • 1 table spoon coconut oil

Preparation:
1. Put all above mentioned ingredients into a big bowl

2. scramble it al

3. Bake it in the oven for 30- 45 minutes (150 degrees celcius)
