There’s a limit!

 

I’m that kind of girl that wants to do EVERYTHING. I have a full time job which I love and
put all my energy in, I work out at least 4 times a week, eat healthy which takes time
prepping, don’t want to miss out on any party and want to spend time with friends, family
and of course my boyfriend. It’s a LOT! And I LOVE it! These are examples of things that
make me happy. It doesn’t cost me much energy, it actually gives me energy.


For example: I love to work out after a full day of hard work at the office. It helps me
processing my day and teaches me to let go. I hope that Disney song ‘’let it gooooo,
let it goooooo’’, doesn’t pop up in your head now. OEPPPS…… ;)  Meeting up with friends
or going to a festival, it makes me feel young and free, which is important for me.
Life’s sometimes too serious, which makes it important to don’t forget to do the things
you love. However, don’t ask TOO much of yourself. There is a limit to what your body

can take. I just recently discovered this. I was doing a killer work out at my crossfit box,

and was pushing myself too hard, because that’s just the way I am. I am a pusher! 

My body just couldn’t take it any more GAMEOVER, REBOOT! I fainted, big #fail I know.

 

But on the positive side. I’ve learned my lesson! I going to listen more to what my

body tells me, enough is enough and I should be satisfied with that.
